This is the old Herrenhut Mission, that lies on the beach at the end of Sdr. Herrenhutvej, where i lived for the first three weeks.
The herrenhuts were german missionaries, that was sent to Greenland to help Hans Egede christening the heathen inuits. But as far as I've been told they still competed a lot and cooperated very little back then.
To day the University of Nuuk is in the old building.
